“Before I started training with Sam, a friend told me he would change my life. I can tell you that was not an exaggeration.
In the last 4 months, I have made more progress both in the gym and road/track performance than I could have thought possible. Not only am I lifting way heavier weights (my deadlift PB has gone from 80kg to 110kg!) but I’ve got better form and range of motion and more confidence in the gym. Recently I ran Point to Pinnacle half marathon and improved last year's time by 7mins! And I’ve been seeing all-time PBs in training sessions nearly every week.
Sam’s programming has been spot on – hitting every area of weakness to prevent injuries and strengthening all the areas needed for me as an endurance runner. Most importantly I’m really enjoying the training. I have loved coming into the gym every week.
The environment Sam has created is just awesome – all the trainers are helpful, friendly and supportive, and every athlete and client, from the young kids to the elite athletes to the older adults, treat each with respect and encouragement. Even though we all have our own programs and goals, it feels like a real community. You walk through the door and you’re greeted by a massive smile and so much enthusiasm.
No matter if I’ve had a stressful day at work or whatever else is going on, a session with Sam always makes it a better day."

“10 months ago I had shoulder surgery from dislocation and found SPR conditioning as a way to help me rehab my shoulder.
Sam always makes me push myself to the best of my ability in every aspect, especially through rehab. Being supportive and always excited about how far I have come with the journey. Sam and I were able to rehab my shoulder within the 6 month period and I was back to playing basketball in no time which was the end goal at the time.
Now past that, I feel the strongest I have ever in life even before the dislocation. I feel the quickest and fittest I ever have, with overall just being happier. I am going to continue to have 1 on 1 session with Sam as I love the conversations and being able to push myself.
I have always felt supported throughout the process of something that was very difficult. The varying exercises that were implemented and how fun workouts were each day, kept me invested and still do.
