Strength and Conditioning
Access these sessions to receive semi-private expert coaching from Sam, Ash and Felix. Here we keep the groups small (<8) to maximise your training time. In these sessions you will be taken through your individualised plan, surrounded by like minded individuals. These classes are available for Gold, Silver and Athlete Performance memberships.
Open Gym (limited to over 18s)
Can’t make a strength and conditioning class? Never mind: we have “Open Gym” time slots that enable you to come into the gym and get your session done. In these sessions one of the coaches will be working however they won’t be able to assist you to the level of the strength and conditioning classes. These classes are available for Gold, Silver and Athlete Performance memberships.
Junior Athlete Development
Our Junior Athlete Development classes are replacing our previous Train to Train program. Held on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays at 4pm, our classes are designed for our junior athletes (under 18) to get that extra attention. Priority access for Athlete Development members, available class positions will open up to Athlete Performance members.
